Aventurine is a stone that comes in green and yellow, with green being the most commonly found color. In addition to being a pretty green color, aventurine stands at around 6.7-7 on the Moh’s hardness scale, making this is hard stone that is easy to keep clean. Because this stone has a hard, shiny surface, it can be prone to getting fingerprints if it’s touched often with hands that contain natural oils. To clean use a soft brush and warm water with a mild soap solution. Brush the stone and the wire, an old very soft toothbrush would be good to use to clean this stone.
