Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This shop has a 30 day refund policy for items of jewelry, gifts, wall hangings, and other home decor items. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us using the contact page so we can send instructions for how to return items for refund. Shipping fees are not refundable as all shipping fees are paid to the shipper and we are unable to receive or give credit for shipping fees.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items we receive back. Any item received in the same condition as shipped will be fully refunded if refund is requested within 30 days of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment right away.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

If you purchased an item on sale, the actual sale amount will be refunded and not the full retail price.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] to ask for an exchange. We can exchange an item of equal or lesser value. We will refund the difference in value if the item you are sending back is valued at higher than the new item we are sending for replacement. All shipping charges are incurred by the buyer as we cannot receive refunds on shipping.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
